Please kindly check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking. Booking is only confirmed when you receive an email from The Brow & Beauty Boutique. Do contact us directly if you do not receive any confirmation email after 10 to 15mins after your booking.
All bookings are final. If you are unable to make it for the appointment, please inform your artist in advance. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment so that we can have good amount of time to work on you and it does not drag into the next customer's slot. We reserve the rights to reschedule the appointment if it is 15 mins past the fixed appointment time.
Payment can be made via Cash /Visa & Master / Paynow / Favepay / Grabpay.
